Who we are
AAP Consulting is a boutique firm specialised in international cooperation and development. We support the design and implementation of projects funded by public institutions and development partners, and provide advisory services to private clients, with hands-on expertise in international trade, climate action, energy policy, and critical raw materials.

With over 20 years of experience, our team combines deep knowledge with practical insight to help partners navigate complexity, align policies, and deliver measurable results. Our work spans the full project cycle, from identifying strategic opportunities and drafting competitive proposals to managing complex assignments and producing high-quality technical outputs.
Registered in both the United States and the European Union, AAP combines strategic thinking with operational agility. Our lean structure and global outlook allow us to provide targeted, practical support to clients across regions.
We collaborate closely with governments, development agencies, and international organisations such as the European Union, the United Nations, and the World Trade Organization, as well as private clients and industry actors, tailoring our approach to each partner's needs and ensuring lasting, sustainable impact.

What we believe
Our mission
To turn ideas into impact.

We provide targeted expertise in international cooperation and development, bridging the gap between policy and practice by working with public and private partners to design and deliver initiatives that advance sustainable growth.
Our vision
To help shape a future where cooperation drives sustainability and competitiveness.
We strive to be the partner of choice for institutions seeking clear analysis, practical solutions, and measurable results in an increasingly complex world.
What we do
We drive impactful change through the design, acquisition, and management of projects funded by public institutions and development partners, with a particular focus on initiatives supported by the European Union, including the European Commission's DG CLIMA, DG GROW, DG INTPA, and FPI. Alongside our institutional work, we advise private clients and industry actors, supporting them in aligning with policy and financing frameworks such as the Global Gateway strategy and the Critical Raw Materials Act.
Building on this experience, we help clients secure contracts and funding under international procurement and grant programmes. Our team combines a strong record in managing high-value assignments and preparing successful proposals across key sectors such as international trade, climate action, energy policy, and critical raw materials.

Our integrated approach ensures sustainable outcomes, fosters strategic partnerships, and supports effective, results-oriented project delivery.
