Policy and regulatory analysis
We review and analyse policies, legislation, and institutional frameworks to identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies, and to develop evidence-based recommendations. Our analytical work spans regulatory compliance assessments, market and value chain analyses, and ESG and responsible sourcing evaluations. We have particular experience in helping clients navigate requirements under EU instruments, including the Critical Raw Materials Act and related initiatives, where regulatory obligations are still being defined and compliance pathways are not always straightforward.
